(I dropped from 224 to 135 and still enjoying my favorite foods!)

Hi, my name is Susan. Married for 17 years, and mom of 3. And I just recently stumbled upon a method to get my old self back...

Back in my 20s and 30s it was so easy.

I used to

Have energy that lasted all day

Easily get away with eating burgers, fries, pizza and ice cream


Never gain an ounce no matter what I ate


Maintain a trim figure without going to the gym at all


Feel confident in my clothes, and my swimsuit!


But that changed... Somewhere in my early 40s.

After 40 EVERYTHING Went Downhill. Fast.

Seemingly overnight, my once trim and petite figure started ballooning. I could not get away with eating whatever I wanted, unless I wanted to carry that around on my body forever!

I used to just burn everything off without a second thought, but now it seemed my body could no longer keep up.

My metabolism was not firing on all cylinders any more.

I could feel that my health was going backwards. I had such low energy during the day. And was falling asleep in front of the TV in the early evening.

That's not who I am!

So, I would go to bed earlier at night, in the hope that it would give me better energy the next day.

But it didn't work. Some nights I'd even sleep 10 HOURS, and still be dragging my butt the next day!

I knew it was bad. But even then I didn't realize just how BAD it had gotten.

One day, my husband and I were visiting his side of the family in Florida. He had booked a nice condo on AirBnb for us to stay in.

When we entered the bathroom, I noticed a fancy digital scale sitting in the middle of the floor. We have not had a scale in our house for years.

Hesitantly, I decided to step on it just to see what it read.

224 pounds...wait what ?! Surely it was off.

The moment hit me HARD.

I stepped back on it again, and to my horror...224 pounds, again.

I looked up in the mirror and was ashamed at what I saw. I was tired, puffy, and bulging out all over the place. I was a mess ! It was then that I realized that something had to change. 

How did it get to this point ? How did I let myself go just like that ?

I thought about that scale experience the rest of the day. I started thinking about how it was not only affecting me, but also my children and my husband. You see, for a long time I had only been thinking about ME. But what about my family ? Was I even going to be there for them ?

That evening as I was getting ready for bed, I made a firm decision.

The Time Had Come To Get The "REAL ME" Back!

I tried everything I could think of.

I started walking, but that did not work. And it was so time-consuming with no real reward.

I changed my eating. Many many times.

I tried juice fasts, detoxes, and elimination plans.

I had some small success with it earlier but soon found out it left me too hungry and I ended up binge-snacking at night. (Which ruined all my momentum).

I even tried some weird concoction the lady at my local health food store recommended. Like strange concoctions in the kitchen with pickle juice (ew), apple cider vinegar, lemons, bananas, and more...

Then I started counting calories, tried Paleo, and even went vegan for an entire month...but the scale barely moved...

Have you heard the one about sleeping with an onion next to your bed to increase your energy levels?  Yep - tried that too !

NOTHING WAS WORKING!

I thought to myself..."could something be wrong with me internally?"

Eventually I decided that I needed to go to the doctor to get it check out.  

What My Doctor Revealed TOTALLY Shocked Me...

He calmly sat me down and said, "Susan there is nothing to worry about. This is not something you did wrong."

He explained how my weight gain over the years had absolutely NOTHING to do with what I ate or how much I exercised.

He then lowered his voice a little and checked over his shoulders down the hallway as if to see if anyone in the clinic was listening...

He quietly said, "Susan, I've known you and Arthur for a long time. And I don't just share this with anyone, but I just wanted to show you something I learned recently that will help you."

"It's a bit unconventional," he said. "But it does have some great science backing it up, and I'm seeing results in the women that I have told this to".

I figured he was about to tell me about some "magical supplement" or pill he could prescribe me.

Boy was I wrong...

He went on to tell me in full detail, about a Simple Nightly Hack that he learned about at a recent medical press conference he attended.

He went on to say, "There are 3 almost unbelievable benefits people have discovered by using this method..."

1. No need to change their eating habits
 
2. No need for exercise
 
3. It started working VERY quickly 

I was definitely keen to know more, and I like to do my own research, so I asked him if there was somewhere I could go to find out more about this nightly hack.

He wrote down a website on a piece of paper and handed it to me.

"I honestly believe this will change your life," he said as I was leaving the office.

I had a ton of questions in my head.. but my heart said "Yes!! This is your answer!"

I've been using this Nightly Hack for a while now, and I am beyond THRILLED.

Almost immediately, I started seeing results. Just like my doctor said I would.
The numbers on the scale started dropping on Day 2, and kept dropping ever since!
 
It seemed like every other week I had to replace my wardrobe!
 
And I'm always pinching myself, thinking I'm in a dream as I stroll through the woman's petite section...instead of the plus!
Also, my husband noticed the difference too.. if you know what I mean 😉 Let's just say there is a new spark in our relationship. Even at our age!

I have deep restful sleep every night, and wake up feeling so refreshed and energized every day. 

I am fitting into the same size jeans I wore in my 30's...my confidence is through the roof 😉

I'm SO Grateful I Followed My Heart, And Not My Head..

I could have so easily blown off my doctor when he told me about this unusual nightly trick. But I placed my skepticism aside and gave it a shot.

Now I absolutely LOVE WHO I AM and feel like the "REAL ME" again!

And, I don't have to worry about my health moving forward.

All because I took some time to learn about this calorie-burning hack. Who would have thought?
